Another from my 2d design class. Our assignment was to create a logo for a fictional non profit organization of our choice. I have to admit, I was kind of at a loss. Sure, there are plenty of organizations that I support, at least in principle, but as far as infusing me with artistic inspiration, not so much. So, needing to produce something and not really having any ideas, I just came up with this uprooted flower. So I could continue the drawing and use it in class I justified it by choosing an environmental organization. In the end it wasn't a very good logo, but it was a pretty good drawing. I have an incomplete colored version that I need to finish. I will post it if I do.
